- do not suppoort upgrades from older versions (didn't work
anyway)
- properly set new uboot rev
- use MUCH more readable structure

These are no longer available as of Android 14 QPR3. The C2 codecs
available by default in the swcodec apex will be used instead.

* Normally, this would normally be a platform decision, to build,
or not to build an non-controller navigable app on ATV builds.
* But we are the weird-ass edge case (as always), in that we are
