BugLink: https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2101915

commit 2213ca51998fef61d3df4ca156054cdcc37c42b8 upstream.

The power switch used to power the SD card interface might have
more than 2ms turn-on time, increase the startup delay to 20ms to
prevent failures.
