There was no common kernel version flag when this was first added, now
there is. So change all references to use the common name.

* Sadly there is no clean way to have a vendor HAL
accessing mnt_vendor_file to write to bluetooth
configs @ /data/misc w/o triggering neverallows.
* Not gonna enable neverallows for for this, so just
making the domain permissive until/if someone cares.
* Note: MAYBE a vendor HAL could read it from mnt_vendor_file
and expose it to a system_ext app, which then could use the
undocumented auto-pairing API to do this, but man, IDC.

- Update uscript to check oc, max cpu and gpu freqs
- Update init to poke node to allow max scaling
Perf mode on perfmgr already allows full kernel scaling, so this
will just allow that to rise to max.
A better impl later may involve editing the json to have higher
game profiles etc, but for now this is more than fine.

* Also stop overriding foster FP with a weird hybrid, it
breaks things that require GMS certified FP on ATV, and
we have a standing exception for AML devkits (not shipped
with Android officially) to use "latest platform reference
device FP", so doing that using foster_e.
