drm/panel: simple: Add Lincoln Tech Sol LCD185-101CT panel

Add support for Lincoln Technology Solutions LCD185-101CT, 10.1",
1920x1200, 8-bit TFT LCD with LVDS interface, LED backlight and PCAP
touch support (Goodix GT928).
