ANDROID: GKI: Add Pixel device symbols to the ABI

Add the initial set of symbols needed to uprev in-market Pixel devices
to 6.12.  This results in 198 function symbols added and 9 variable
symbols added. Refer to the kernel_aarch64_abi and symbol tracker
targets for additional details.
