ANDROID: microdroid_defconfig: drop CRYPTO_SHA2_ARM64_CE

This config was removed in commit 6e36be511d ("crypto: arm64/sha256 -
implement library instead of shash") and is now obsolete, so drop it
from our microdroid_defconfig. CONFIG_CRYPTO_SHA2_ARM64_CE is now
subsumed by CONFIG_CRYPTO_SHA256 so enable CONFIG_CRYPTO_SHA256.
