Pull perf tools fixes from Namhyung Kim:
 "A number of small fixes for the late cycle:

   - Two more build fixes on 32-bit archs

   - Fixed a segfault during perf test

   - Fixed spinlock/rwlock accounting bug in perf lock contention"
