Adrian Bunk 0e25f71061 remove unneeded #include <linux/ide.h>'s ...

This patch remove unneeded #include <linux/ide.h>'s.

It also adds a required #include <linux/interrupt.h> that was previously 
implicitely pulled by ide.h
