Merge branches 'pm-cpufreq', 'pm-cpuidle', 'pm-devfreq', 'pm-opp' and 'pm-tools'

* pm-cpufreq:
  cpufreq: speedstep-smi: enable interrupts when waiting

  intel_idle: support additional Broadwell model
