TeamWin is now targeting aosp to build twrp. Make a separate target to allow differentiating twrp and normal aosp. Include the lineage makefile for the unified build flags. The other flags wont apply when only building recovery Change-Id: I8d067b50d02d6e20e8865bdc4dcc414dd73b4c4b
