Nolen Johnson 4a391fbfab Revert "overlay: Remove headset hotplug overlay" 
This reverts commit b3429a1a44.

Reason: nx has a headphone jack that uses this, and doesn't care
about the revert reasoning.

Aaron Kling b3429a1a44 overlay: Remove headset hotplug overlay 
This was added for icosa with the expectation that it would not affect
the set top boxes or devkits. However, since android 12, this causes
wired accessory manager to think line out is available and triggers
event on hdmi hotplug.

Ahmed ElArabawy 03bb90af76 overlay: wifi: Replace config_wifi_dual_band_support 
As part of the 6GHz band support, there is now more than 2 bands and
hence config_wifi_dual_band_support is misleading.
This commit replaces this config with config_wifi5ghzSupport which is
more reflecting to the device support check.
