Aaron Kling f86793bea9 Remove software omx codec references 
These are no longer available as of Android 14 QPR3. The C2 codecs
available by default in the swcodec apex will be used instead.

Aaron Kling 2a4ee9eed0 omx: Disable secure h265 hardware decoder 
Netflix content using h265 corrupts badly. Removing h265 secure
support makes netflix fall back to h264. This has the unfortunate
effect of removing 4k support from netflix, but working is better
than not working.
