There was no common kernel version flag when this was first added, now
there is. So change all references to use the common name.

- Exercise greater control over hinting, power profiles, specific
behavior, etc.
- Better support in the future vs maintaining phs
- Totally nuke nvcpl to remove variables in display handling and
power profiles

* Also stop overriding foster FP with a weird hybrid, it
breaks things that require GMS certified FP on ATV, and
we have a standing exception for AML devkits (not shipped
with Android officially) to use "latest platform reference
device FP", so doing that using foster_e.

* This has not been mandated by Google since S and since they fixed
density scaling, UI looks better with properly scaling interface.

* CTC's 2018 u-boot is more feature-complete for nx for now.
* We may revisit this later.
* This remediates issues with RAM carveout, clocks
(on erista models), mod chip issues (on mariko models),
and brings us almost in-line with L4t releases for nx.

* Reduce crashing and other issues resulting from density
disagreements. Also, AAPT should not be set as per cuttlefish
and newer Pixel devices.

* We will use existing disable infra instead of idc disable. In the
future we will do this based on vid/pid, but AOSP ignored the
change and no one cares enough to port it.

These are no longer available as of Android 14 QPR3. The C2 codecs
available by default in the swcodec apex will be used instead.

* This is a strange case, it never shipped Android to begin with,
so we need a tighter control over the ecosystem here to make
things seamless.
* Candidly, we're either going to set this up here or from Hekate,
and this is far cleaner.

* Normally, this would normally be a platform decision, to build,
or not to build an non-controller navigable app on ATV builds.
* But we are the weird-ass edge case (as always), in that we are
an ATV device with touch-input, meaning this application will work
on this device.

The build system enables this for shipping API level >=29
but we also want it to pass the vintf runtime checks.

Currently results in no change to the target image, but this allows
updates to the target in one place instead of each device tree.

This reverts commit 525c9b6d18.
Reason: We now have enough space for full GMS with dynamic partitions.

(cherry picked from commit 0bf0c81a31bf64c11b58be5b27ed3a57add2c9d6)
* We are aren't launched with Android at all to, but
our partitions were origianlly set up to match
foster, as it is our closest hardware counterpart.
* Those partition sizes are now to small to fit
almost any form of GMS.
* The fact that users have to exploit their console,
run a custom first stage bootloader (Hekate), and
applications bootloader (u-boot) that we control
means that instead of retrofitting dynamic partitions
we can just _launch with them_ (as we have yet to ship
this device).
* Treat this device as if it has always had dynamic
partitions and let Hekate set us up to reflect that.
* Do away with SAR in the process, as Hekate can turn
that off.
* Nuke MDA, we don't support hardware backed encryption
anyway, so it doesn't make any sense to house.
