Remove recovery kernel defconfig
The main reason that existed was to allow fastboot booting a recovery image on system as root bootloaders. Now that system as root is removed, this is no longer necessary. This requires copying a few kmods to recovery and loading them. [npjohnson]: We dropped the recovery defconfig long ago, but lost these modules in the process here.
