Sujith Manoharan 4daa7760e2 ath9k: Use CONFIG_ATH9K_BTCOEX_SUPPORT 
This patch uses CONFIG_ATH9K_BTCOEX_SUPPORT to conditionally
compile btcoex-related code in the driver core.
