SylveonDeko 566df49d42 usb: typec: bm92txx: fix the debugfs command parsers ...

- kstrtouint() returns 0 on success, but the cmd and usbhub_dp_sleep
  writers treated anything other than 1 as a syntax error
- Every valid command was rejected, so the debugfs controls never worked
