Dao Huang a195491ea9 Revert "ANDROID: sched: Include new structure members brought by sched_ext for KABI" ...

This reverts commit fb0a2ae8c9.
As discussed in b/409219805, The Google team is preparing to
release a GKI version that turns on CONFIG_SCHED_EXT_CLASS,
so this patch needs to be reverted.
