exec_state: relocate dumpable information
The dumpable flag captured at execve() is consulted by __ptrace_may_access() and several /proc owner / visibility checks. It lives on mm_struct today, which exit_mm() clears from the task long before the task itself is reaped. exec_state is anchored to the execve() that established the current privilege domain. CLONE_VM siblings refcount-share the parent's exec_state via copy_exec_state(); non-CLONE_VM clones allocate a fresh exec_state inheriting the parent's dumpable mode and user_ns reference via task_exec_state_copy(). execve() allocates a fresh instance (via alloc_task_exec_state() in begin_new_exec()) and installs it under task_lock + exec_update_lock with task_exec_state_replace(). init_task uses a static instance. The dumpable mode now lives on task->exec_state->dumpable. task->mm->flags no longer carries dumpability; MMF_DUMPABLE_MASK is removed, but MMF_DUMPABLE_BITS is reserved so MMF_DUMP_FILTER_* bit positions remain stable for the /proc/<pid>/coredump_filter ABI. The task->user_dumpable cache bit and its assignment in exit_mm() are removed; readers go through get_dumpable(task) directly. coredump_params gains a snapshot field cprm.dumpable, populated from get_dumpable(current) at vfs_coredump() entry, replacing the previous __get_dumpable(cprm->mm_flags) consumers in fs/coredump.c and fs/pidfs.c. The user namespace recorded at execve() is consulted by __ptrace_may_access() and by /proc/PID/* owner derivation. Move the captured user_ns onto task_exec_state, which stays attached to the task past exit_mm() and across exit_files(). bprm grows a user_ns field staged in bprm_mm_init() with the caller's user_ns, narrowed by would_dump() to the closest privileged ancestor, and consumed by exec_mmap() via alloc_task_exec_state(bprm->user_ns). free_bprm() releases the staging reference. mm_struct loses ->user_ns entirely. Initializers in init-mm, efi_mm, and the implicit one in mm_init()/dup_mm()/mm_alloc() are removed; __mmdrop() drops the matching put_user_ns(). The kthread_use_mm() WARN_ON_ONCE(!mm->user_ns) is no longer meaningful and goes too. exec: introduce struct task_exec_state
Introduce struct task_exec_state, a per-task RCU-protected structure that holds the dumpable mode and the user namespace and stays attached to the task for its full lifetime. task_exec_state_rcu() is the canonical reader: asserts RCU or task_lock is held, WARNs on a NULL state, returns the rcu_dereference()'d pointer. ptrace: slightly saner 'get_dumpable()' logic
The 'dumpability' of a task is fundamentally about the memory image of the task - the concept comes from whether it can core dump or not - and makes no sense when you don't have an associated mm. And almost all users do in fact use it only for the case where the task has a mm pointer. But we have one odd special case: ptrace_may_access() uses 'dumpable' to check various other things entirely independently of the MM (typically explicitly using flags like PTRACE_MODE_READ_FSCREDS). Including for threads that no longer have a VM (and maybe never did, like most kernel threads). It's not what this flag was designed for, but it is what it is. The ptrace code does check that the uid/gid matches, so you do have to be uid-0 to see kernel thread details, but this means that the traditional "drop capabilities" model doesn't make any difference for this all. Make it all make a *bit* more sense by saying that if you don't have a MM pointer, we'll use a cached "last dumpability" flag if the thread ever had a MM (it will be zero for kernel threads since it is never set), and require a proper CAP_SYS_PTRACE capability to override. sched/locking: Add special p->blocked_on==PROXY_WAKING value for proxy return-migration
As we add functionality to proxy execution, we may migrate a
donor task to a runqueue where it can't run due to cpu affinity.
Thus, we must be careful to ensure we return-migrate the task
back to a cpu in its cpumask when it becomes unblocked.
Peter helpfully provided the following example with pictures:
"Suppose we have a ww_mutex cycle:
,-+-* Mutex-1 <-.
Task-A ---' | | ,-- Task-B
`-> Mutex-2 *-+-'
Where Task-A holds Mutex-1 and tries to acquire Mutex-2, and
where Task-B holds Mutex-2 and tries to acquire Mutex-1.
Then the blocked_on->owner chain will go in circles.
Task-A -> Mutex-2
^ |
| v
Mutex-1 <- Task-B
We need two things:
- find_proxy_task() to stop iterating the circle;
- the woken task to 'unblock' and run, such that it can
back-off and re-try the transaction.
Now, the current code [without this patch] does:
__clear_task_blocked_on();
wake_q_add();
And surely clearing ->blocked_on is sufficient to break the
cycle.
Suppose it is Task-B that is made to back-off, then we have:
Task-A -> Mutex-2 -> Task-B (no further blocked_on)
and it would attempt to run Task-B. Or worse, it could directly
pick Task-B and run it, without ever getting into
find_proxy_task().
Now, here is a problem because Task-B might not be runnable on
the CPU it is currently on; and because !task_is_blocked() we
don't get into the proxy paths, so nobody is going to fix this
up.
Ideally we would have dequeued Task-B alongside of clearing
->blocked_on, but alas, [the lock ordering prevents us from
getting the task_rq_lock() and] spoils things."
Thus we need more than just a binary concept of the task being
blocked on a mutex or not.
So allow setting blocked_on to PROXY_WAKING as a special value
which specifies the task is no longer blocked, but needs to
be evaluated for return migration *before* it can be run.
This will then be used in a later patch to handle proxy
return-migration.

locking: Add task::blocked_lock to serialize blocked_on state
So far, we have been able to utilize the mutex::wait_lock for serializing the blocked_on state, but when we move to proxying across runqueues, we will need to add more state and a way to serialize changes to this state in contexts where we don't hold the mutex::wait_lock. So introduce the task::blocked_lock, which nests under the mutex::wait_lock in the locking order, and rework the locking to use it. This commit adds a trivial textbook implementation of preemptible RCU
to rcutorture ("torture_type=trivial-preempt"), similar in spirit to the
existing "torture_type=trivial" textbook implementation of non-preemptible

and are intended only to keep Paul honest in his introductory writings

sched/mmcid: Prevent CID stalls due to concurrent forks
A newly forked task is accounted as MMCID user before the task is visible
in the process' thread list and the global task list. This creates the
following problem:
CPU1 CPU2
fork()
sched_mm_cid_fork(tnew1)
tnew1->mm.mm_cid_users++;
tnew1->mm_cid.cid = getcid()
-> preemption
fork()
sched_mm_cid_fork(tnew2)
tnew2->mm.mm_cid_users++;
// Reaches the per CPU threshold
mm_cid_fixup_tasks_to_cpus()
for_each_other(current, p)
....
As tnew1 is not visible yet, this fails to fix up the already allocated CID
of tnew1. As a consequence a subsequent schedule in might fail to acquire a
(transitional) CID and the machine stalls.
Move the invocation of sched_mm_cid_fork() after the new task becomes
visible in the thread and the task list to prevent this.
This also makes it symmetrical vs. exit() where the task is removed as CID
user before the task is removed from the thread and task lists.

Pull locking updates from Ingo Molnar:
"Lock debugging:
- Implement compiler-driven static analysis locking context checking,
using the upcoming Clang 22 compiler's context analysis features
(Marco Elver)
We removed Sparse context analysis support, because prior to
removal even a defconfig kernel produced 1,700+ context tracking
Sparse warnings, the overwhelming majority of which are false
positives. On an allmodconfig kernel the number of false positive
context tracking Sparse warnings grows to over 5,200... On the plus
side of the balance actual locking bugs found by Sparse context
analysis is also rather ... sparse: I found only 3 such commits in
the last 3 years. So the rate of false positives and the
maintenance overhead is rather high and there appears to be no
active policy in place to achieve a zero-warnings baseline to move
the annotations & fixers to developers who introduce new code.
Clang context analysis is more complete and more aggressive in
trying to find bugs, at least in principle. Plus it has a different
model to enabling it: it's enabled subsystem by subsystem, which
results in zero warnings on all relevant kernel builds (as far as
our testing managed to cover it). Which allowed us to enable it by
default, similar to other compiler warnings, with the expectation
that there are no warnings going forward. This enforces a
zero-warnings baseline on clang-22+ builds (Which are still limited
in distribution, admittedly)
Hopefully the Clang approach can lead to a more maintainable
zero-warnings status quo and policy, with more and more subsystems
and drivers enabling the feature. Context tracking can be enabled
for all kernel code via WARN_CONTEXT_ANALYSIS_ALL=y (default
disabled), but this will generate a lot of false positives.
( Having said that, Sparse support could still be added back,
if anyone is interested - the removal patch is still
relatively straightforward to revert at this stage. )

Merge tag 'io_uring-bpf-restrictions.4-20260206' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/axboe/linux
Pull io_uring bpf filters from Jens Axboe: "This adds support for both cBPF filters for io_uring, as well as task inherited restrictions and filters. seccomp and io_uring don't play along nicely, as most of the interesting data to filter on resides somewhat out-of-band, in the submission queue ring. As a result, things like containers and systemd that apply seccomp filters, can't filter io_uring operations. That leaves them with just one choice if filtering is critical - filter the actual io_uring_setup(2) system call to simply disallow io_uring. That's rather unfortunate, and has limited us because of it. io_uring already has some filtering support. It requires the ring to be setup in a disabled state, and then a filter set can be applied. This filter set is completely bi-modal - an opcode is either enabled or it's not. Once a filter set is registered, the ring can be enabled. This is very restrictive, and it's not useful at all to systemd or containers which really want both broader and more specific control. This first adds support for cBPF filters for opcodes, which enables tighter control over what exactly a specific opcode may do. As examples, specific support is added for IORING_OP_OPENAT/OPENAT2, allowing filtering on resolve flags. And another example is added for IORING_OP_SOCKET, allowing filtering on domain/type/protocol. These are both common use cases. cBPF was chosen rather than eBPF, because the latter is often restricted in containers as well. These filters are run post the init phase of the request, which allows filters to even dip into data that is being passed in struct in user memory, as the init side of requests make that data stable by bringing it into the kernel. This allows filtering without needing to copy this data twice, or have filters etc know about the exact layout of the user data. The filters get the already copied and sanitized data passed. On top of that support is added for per-task filters, meaning that any ring created with a task that has a per-task filter will get those filters applied when it's created. These filters are inherited across fork as well. Once a filter has been registered, any further added filters may only further restrict what operations are permitted. Filters cannot change the return value of an operation, they can only permit or deny it based on the contents" * tag 'io_uring-bpf-restrictions.4-20260206' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/axboe/linux: io_uring: allow registration of per-task restrictions io_uring: add task fork hook io_uring/bpf_filter: add ref counts to struct io_bpf_filter io_uring/bpf_filter: cache lookup table in ctx->bpf_filters io_uring/bpf_filter: allow filtering on contents of struct open_how io_uring/net: allow filtering on IORING_OP_SOCKET data io_uring: add support for BPF filtering for opcode restrictions |

perf: sched: Fix perf crash with new is_user_task() helper
In order to do a user space stacktrace the current task needs to be a user
task that has executed in user space. It use to be possible to test if a
task is a user task or not by simply checking the task_struct mm field. If
it was non NULL, it was a user task and if not it was a kernel task.
But things have changed over time, and some kernel tasks now have their
own mm field.
An idea was made to instead test PF_KTHREAD and two functions were used to
wrap this check in case it became more complex to test if a task was a
user task or not[1]. But this was rejected and the C code simply checked
the PF_KTHREAD directly.
It was later found that not all kernel threads set PF_KTHREAD. The io-uring
helpers instead set PF_USER_WORKER and this needed to be added as well.
But checking the flags is still not enough. There's a very small window
when a task exits that it frees its mm field and it is set back to NULL.
If perf were to trigger at this moment, the flags test would say its a
user space task but when perf would read the mm field it would crash with
at NULL pointer dereference.
Now there are flags that can be used to test if a task is exiting, but
they are set in areas that perf may still want to profile the user space
task (to see where it exited). The only real test is to check both the
flags and the mm field.
Instead of making this modification in every location, create a new
is_user_task() helper function that does all the tests needed to know if
it is safe to read the user space memory or not.

sched: Provide idle_rq() helper
A fix for the dl_server 'requires' idle_cpu() usage, which made me note that it and available_idle_cpu() are extern function calls. And while idle_cpu() is used outside of kernel/sched/, available_idle_cpu() is not. This makes it hard to make idle_cpu() an inline helper, so provide idle_rq() and implement idle_cpu() and available_idle_cpu() using that. rcu: Clean up after the SRCU-fastification of RCU Tasks Trace
Now that RCU Tasks Trace has been re-implemented in terms of SRCU-fast, the ->trc_ipi_to_cpu, ->trc_blkd_cpu, ->trc_blkd_node, ->trc_holdout_list, and ->trc_reader_special task_struct fields are no longer used. In addition, the rcu_tasks_trace_qs(), rcu_tasks_trace_qs_blkd(), exit_tasks_rcu_finish_trace(), and rcu_spawn_tasks_trace_kthread(), show_rcu_tasks_trace_gp_kthread(), rcu_tasks_trace_get_gp_data(), rcu_tasks_trace_torture_stats_print(), and get_rcu_tasks_trace_gp_kthread() functions and all the other functions that they invoke are no longer used. Also, the TRC_NEED_QS and TRC_NEED_QS_CHECKED CPP macros are no longer used. Neither are the rcu_tasks_trace_lazy_ms and rcu_task_ipi_delay rcupdate module parameters and the TASKS_TRACE_RCU_READ_MB Kconfig option. This commit therefore removes all of them. rcu: Re-implement RCU Tasks Trace in terms of SRCU-fast
This commit saves more than 500 lines of RCU code by re-implementing
RCU Tasks Trace in terms of SRCU-fast. Follow-up work will remove
more code that does not cause problems by its presence, but that is no
longer required.
This variant places smp_mb() in rcu_read_{,un}lock_trace(), and in the
same place that srcu_read_{,un}lock() would put them. These smp_mb()
calls will be removed on common-case architectures in a later commit.
In the meantime, it serves to enforce ordering between the underlying
srcu_read_{,un}lock_fast() markers and the intervening critical section,
even on architectures that permit attaching tracepoints on regions of
code not watched by RCU. Such architectures defeat SRCU-fast's use of
implicit single-instruction, interrupts-disabled, and atomic-operation
RCU read-side critical sections, which have no effect when RCU is not
watching. The aforementioned later commit will insert these smp_mb()
calls only on architectures that have not used noinstr to prevent
attaching tracepoints to code where RCU is not watching.

homogenous so that the same CPU local device types are connected to
them. That's unfortunately wishful thinking and created horrible
workarounds.
This rework provides affinity management for PPIs so that they can
be individually configured in the firmware tables and mops up the
related drivers all over the place.
- Prevent CPUSET/isolation changes to arbitrarily affine interrupt
threads to random CPUs, which ignores user or driver settings.
- Plug a harmless race in the interrupt affinity proc interface,
which allows to see a half updated mask
- Adjust the priority of secondary interrupt threads on RT, so that
the combination of primary and secondary thread emulates the
hardware interrupt plus thread scenario. Having them at the same
priority can cause starvation issues in some drivers"

Pull rseq updates from Thomas Gleixner:
"A large overhaul of the restartable sequences and CID management:
The recent enablement of RSEQ in glibc resulted in regressions which
are caused by the related overhead. It turned out that the decision to
invoke the exit to user work was not really a decision. More or less
each context switch caused that. There is a long list of small issues
which sums up nicely and results in a 3-4% regression in I/O
benchmarks.
The other detail which caused issues due to extra work in context
switch and task migration is the CID (memory context ID) management.
It also requires to use a task work to consolidate the CID space,
which is executed in the context of an arbitrary task and results in
sporadic uncontrolled exit latencies.
The rewrite addresses this by:
- Removing deprecated and long unsupported functionality
- Moving the related data into dedicated data structures which are
optimized for fast path processing.
- Caching values so actual decisions can be made
- Replacing the current implementation with a optimized inlined
variant.
- Separating fast and slow path for architectures which use the
generic entry code, so that only fault and error handling goes into
the TIF_NOTIFY_RESUME handler.
- Rewriting the CID management so that it becomes mostly invisible in
the context switch path. That moves the work of switching modes
into the fork/exit path, which is a reasonable tradeoff. That work
is only required when a process creates more threads than the
cpuset it is allowed to run on or when enough threads exit after
that. An artificial thread pool benchmarks which triggers this did
not degrade, it actually improved significantly.
The main effect in migration heavy scenarios is that runqueue lock
held time and therefore contention goes down significantly"

sched/mmcid: Introduce per task/CPU ownership infrastructure
The MM CID management has two fundamental requirements:
1) It has to guarantee that at no given point in time the same CID is
used by concurrent tasks in userspace.
2) The CID space must not exceed the number of possible CPUs in a
system. While most allocators (glibc, tcmalloc, jemalloc) do not care
about that, there seems to be at least librseq depending on it.
The CID space compaction itself is not a functional correctness
requirement, it is only a useful optimization mechanism to reduce the
memory foot print in unused user space pools.
The optimal CID space is:
min(nr_tasks, nr_cpus_allowed);
Where @nr_tasks is the number of actual user space threads associated to
the mm and @nr_cpus_allowed is the superset of all task affinities. It is
growth only as it would be insane to take a racy snapshot of all task
affinities when the affinity of one task changes just do redo it 2
milliseconds later when the next task changes its affinity.
That means that as long as the number of tasks is lower or equal than the
number of CPUs allowed, each task owns a CID. If the number of tasks
exceeds the number of CPUs allowed it switches to per CPU mode, where the
CPUs own the CIDs and the tasks borrow them as long as they are scheduled
in.
For transition periods CIDs can go beyond the optimal space as long as they
don't go beyond the number of possible CPUs.
The current upstream implementation adds overhead into task migration to
keep the CID with the task. It also has to do the CID space consolidation
work from a task work in the exit to user space path. As that work is
assigned to a random task related to a MM this can inflict unwanted exit
latencies.
This can be done differently by implementing a strict CID ownership
mechanism. Either the CIDs are owned by the tasks or by the CPUs. The
latter provides less locality when tasks are heavily migrating, but there
is no justification to optimize for overcommit scenarios and thereby
penalizing everyone else.
Provide the basic infrastructure to implement this:
- Change the UNSET marker to BIT(31) from ~0U
- Add the ONCPU marker as BIT(30)
- Add the TRANSIT marker as BIT(29)
That allows to check for ownership trivially and provides a simple check for
UNSET as well. The TRANSIT marker is required to prevent CID space
exhaustion when switching from per CPU to per task mode.

sched/deadline: Fix dl_server stop condition
Gabriel reported that the dl_server doesn't stop as expected.
The problem was found to be the fact that idle time and fair runtime are
treated equally. Both will count towards dl_server runtime and push the
activation forwards when it is in the zero-laxity wait state.
Notably:
dl_server_update_idle()
update_curr_dl_se()
if (dl_defer && dl_throttled && dl_runtime_exceeded())
hrtimer_try_to_cancel(); // stop timer
replenish_dl_new_period()
deadline = now + dl_deadline; // fwd period
runtime = dl_runtime;
start_dl_timer(); // restart timer
And while we do want idle time accounted towards the *current* activation of
the dl_server -- after all, a fair task could've ran if we had any -- we don't
necessarily want idle time to cause or push forward an activation.
Introduce dl_defer_idle to make this distinction. It will be set once idle time
pushed the activation forward, once set idle time will only be allowed to
consume any runtime but not push the activation. This will then cause
dl_server_timer() to fire, which will stop the dl_server.
Any non-idle time accounting during this phase will clear dl_defer_idle, so
only a full period of idle will cause the dl_server to stop.

cgroup: Fix sleeping from invalid context warning on PREEMPT_RT
cgroup_task_dead() is called from finish_task_switch() which runs with
preemption disabled and doesn't allow scheduling even on PREEMPT_RT. The
function needs to acquire css_set_lock which is a regular spinlock that can
sleep on RT kernels, leading to "sleeping function called from invalid
context" warnings.
css_set_lock is too large in scope to convert to a raw_spinlock. However,
the unlinking operations don't need to run synchronously - they just need
to complete after the task is done running.
On PREEMPT_RT, defer the work through irq_work. While the work doesn't need
to happen immediately, it can't be delayed indefinitely either as the dead
task pins the cgroup and task_struct can be pinned indefinitely. Use the
lazy version of irq_work to allow batching and lower impact while ensuring
timely completion.
v2: Use IRQ_WORK_INIT_LAZY instead of immediate irq_work and add explanation
for why the work can't be delayed indefinitely (Sebastian Andrzej Siewior).

Provide a new and straight forward implementation to set the IDs (CPU ID, Node ID and MM CID), which can be later inlined into the fast path. It does all operations in one scoped_user_rw_access() section and retrieves also the critical section member (rseq::cs_rseq) from user space to avoid another user..begin/end() pair. This is in preparation for optimizing the fast path to avoid extra work when not required. On rseq registration set the CPU ID fields to RSEQ_CPU_ID_UNINITIALIZED and node and MM CID to zero. rseq: Introduce struct rseq_data
In preparation for a major rewrite of this code, provide a data structure for rseq management. Put all the rseq related data into it (except for the debug part), which allows to simplify fork/execve by using memset() and memcpy() instead of adding new fields to initialize over and over. Create a storage struct for event management as well and put the sched_switch event and a indicator for RSEQ on a task into it as a start. That uses a union, which allows to mask and clear the whole lot efficiently. The indicators are explicitly not a bit field. Bit fields generate abysmal code. The boolean members are defined as u8 as that actually guarantees that it fits. There seem to be strange architecture ABIs which need more than 8 bits for a boolean. The has_rseq member is redundant vs. task::rseq, but it turns out that boolean operations and quick checks on the union generate better code than fiddling with separate entities and data types. genirq/manage: Reduce priority of forced secondary interrupt handler
Crystal reports that the PCIe Advanced Error Reporting driver gets stuck
in an infinite loop on PREEMPT_RT:
Both the primary interrupt handler aer_irq() as well as the secondary
handler aer_isr() are forced into threads with identical priority.
Crystal writes that on the ARM system in question, the primary handler
has to clear an error in the Root Error Status register...
"before the next error happens, or else the hardware will set the
Multiple ERR_COR Received bit. If that bit is set, then aer_isr()
can't rely on the Error Source Identification register, so it scans
through all devices looking for errors -- and for some reason, on
this system, accessing the AER registers (or any Config Space above
0x400, even though there are capabilities located there) generates
an Unsupported Request Error (but returns valid data). Since this
happens more than once, without aer_irq() preempting, it causes
another multi error and we get stuck in a loop."
The issue does not show on non-PREEMPT_RT because the primary handler
runs in hardirq context and thus can preempt the threaded secondary
handler, clear the Root Error Status register and prevent the secondary
handler from getting stuck.
Emulate the same behavior on PREEMPT_RT by assigning a lower default
priority to the secondary handler if the primary handler is forced into
a thread.

sched: Make migrate_{en,dis}able() inline
For now, migrate_enable and migrate_disable are global, which makes them
become hotspots in some case. Take BPF for example, the function calling
to migrate_enable and migrate_disable in BPF trampoline can introduce
significant overhead, and following is the 'perf top' of FENTRY's
benchmark (./tools/testing/selftests/bpf/bench trig-fentry):
54.63% bpf_prog_2dcccf652aac1793_bench_trigger_fentry [k]
bpf_prog_2dcccf652aac1793_bench_trigger_fentry
10.43% [kernel] [k] migrate_enable
10.07% bpf_trampoline_6442517037 [k] bpf_trampoline_6442517037
8.06% [kernel] [k] __bpf_prog_exit_recur
4.11% libc.so.6 [.] syscall
2.15% [kernel] [k] entry_SYSCALL_64
1.48% [kernel] [k] memchr_inv
1.32% [kernel] [k] fput
1.16% [kernel] [k] _copy_to_user
0.73% [kernel] [k] bpf_prog_test_run_raw_tp
So in this commit, we make migrate_enable/migrate_disable inline to obtain
better performance. The struct rq is defined internally in
kernel/sched/sched.h, and the field "nr_pinned" is accessed in
migrate_enable/migrate_disable, which makes it hard to make them inline.
Alexei Starovoitov suggests to generate the offset of "nr_pinned" in [1],
so we can define the migrate_enable/migrate_disable in
include/linux/sched.h and access "this_rq()->nr_pinned" with
"(void *)this_rq() + RQ_nr_pinned".
The offset of "nr_pinned" is generated in include/generated/rq-offsets.h
by kernel/sched/rq-offsets.c.
Generally speaking, we move the definition of migrate_enable and
migrate_disable to include/linux/sched.h from kernel/sched/core.c. The
calling to __set_cpus_allowed_ptr() is leaved in ___migrate_enable().
The "struct rq" is not available in include/linux/sched.h, so we can't
access the "runqueues" with this_cpu_ptr(), as the compilation will fail
in this_cpu_ptr() -> raw_cpu_ptr() -> __verify_pcpu_ptr():
typeof((ptr) + 0)
So we introduce the this_rq_raw() and access the runqueues with
arch_raw_cpu_ptr/PERCPU_PTR directly.
The variable "runqueues" is not visible in the kernel modules, and export
it is not a good idea. As Peter Zijlstra advised in [2], we define and
export migrate_enable/migrate_disable in kernel/sched/core.c too, and use
them for the modules.
