2471ec5895 Staging: rts5139: a couple off by one fixes
Inside the array we check ms_start_idx[seg_no + 1] so on the last round
through we end up going past the end of the array.

Also if we don't break out of the loop early then we are beyond the end
of the array there as well. With this change, if we don't find what we
are looking for, we end on the last element of the array.

c486793647 drm/i915: properly compute dp dithering for user-created modes
We've only computed whether we need to fall back to 6bpc due to dp
link bandwidth constrains in mode_valid, but not mode_fixup. Under
various circumstances X likes to create new modes which then lack
proper 6bpc flags (if required), resulting in mode_fixup failures and
ultimately black screens.

Chris Wilson pointed out that we still get things wrong for bpp > 24,
but that should be fixed in another patch (and it'll be easier because
this patch consolidates the logic).

The likely culprit for this regression is

cbe128e348 cgroup: get rid of populate for memcg
The last man standing justifying the need for populate() is the
sock memcg initialization functions. Now that we are able to pass
a struct mem_cgroup instead of a struct cgroup to the socket
initialization, there is nothing that stops us from initializing
everything in create().

1d62e43657 cgroup: pass struct mem_cgroup instead of struct cgroup to socket memcg
The only reason cgroup was used, was to be consistent with the populate()
interface. Now that we're getting rid of it, not only we no longer need
it, but we also *can't* call it this way.

Since we will no longer rely on populate(), this will be called from
create(). During create, the association between struct mem_cgroup
and struct cgroup does not yet exist, since cgroup internals hasn't
yet initialized its bookkeeping. This means we would not be able
to draw the memcg pointer from the cgroup pointer in these
functions, which is highly undesirable.
