Greg Kroah-Hartman 001bf77e28 Reapply "clk: Add KUnit tests for clks registered with struct clk_parent_data" 
This reverts commit 81061efb13.

It needs to come back, otherwise 6.12-rc4 breaks the build without this
present.

André Draszik 81061efb13 Revert "clk: Add KUnit tests for clks registered with struct clk_parent_data" 
This reverts commit 274aff8711.

This commit causes various (OOT Pixel) drivers to fail to load. Revert
to unblock further upstream merges while we investigate and prepare a
fix.

Stephen Boyd 274aff8711 clk: Add KUnit tests for clks registered with struct clk_parent_data 
Test that clks registered with 'struct clk_parent_data' work as
intended and can find their parents.
