Pull pci fix from Bjorn Helgaas:

 - Prevent a possible deadlock (reported by lockdep) when a driver
   relinquishes a pci_dev, another driver claims it, and one uses
   managed pcim_enable_device() and the other doesn't (Philipp Stanner)
