Revert "usb: typec: class: Fix NULL pointer access"
This reverts commit de7c24febd which is
commit ec27386de23a511008c53aa2f3434ad180a3ca9a upstream.
It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
